Hello and welcome to Little Hummingbird. We are a family run, home-based shop in our beautiful town of Port Hope, Ontario. If you have never been here - this is your official invite! I'm Vanessa, the face and passion behind Little Hummingbird.

Our shop name comes from the whimsical little hummingbird friend that loved to visit us in our backyard when my son was a baby. For us, our hummingbird visitor signifies the slowing down and savouring of the present moment and the cherished time when our little bubba boy was a baby.

Our collection of baby + children's goods is thoughtfully curated around brands that are high quality, versatile, and eco-conscious. All of the brands we carry are Canadian, many of which are also made in Canada. We decided to start our business during a pandemic when supporting local and our Canadian economy is as important as ever and bringing a beautiful collection of baby and kids goods together to help Canadian parents have ease in knowing these brands have been hand picked for 3 reasons - they are Canadian, they are quality, they care about our environment. 

We strive to bring together everyday basics and the most essential products for every Canadian lifestyle and season.
